Festive Season Order & Delivery Deadlines
Mainland UK: Midday Monday 18th December for pre-Christmas delivery (stock dependant)
Scotland, Islands & Northern Ireland: Midday Thursday 14th December for pre-Christmas delivery (stock dependant)
We will continue to dispatch orders placed (stock dependant) from 1pm onwards on Monday 18th December up to midday Thursday 21st December, however cannot guarantee these orders will be delivered before Christmas.
Frontier Fine Wines offices will be closed from 22nd December – 1st January, reopening on Tuesday 2nd January. Orders placed during this period will be dispatched from Tuesday 2nd January 2024 onwards.
We recommend ordering and taking delivery early to avoid disappointment during this busy period.
We endeavour to deliver all orders placed in time before Christmas but please be aware that Frontier Fine Wines cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, supplier and or courier difficulties.
Delivery is free for all orders over £120.00 per delivery address within mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands)* regardless of how many cases you order. Delivery for orders less than £120.00 is £9.95. Please refer to the delivery advice given with each wine for details of availability.
If any cases within your order are not available for immediate delivery, we will hold your order until all cases are ready for despatch and send to you in one consignment. Should you wish to split your order to receive some cases earlier, you will incur extra delivery charges. If you are not at home when we attempt to deliver your wine, the driver will leave a card for you to arrange a more convenient delivery time.
Saturday delivery is available on request. To arrange a Saturday delivery the order MUST be placed by phone. Call us on 01206 233737. Additional costs will be applicable.
Our carrier, APC deliver Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5.00pm. Most of our customers give us instructions to leave the wine in a safe place as this is by far the easiest way to ensure you get your wine on time. It should be noted that wines left in this manner are at the customer’s own risk.
Please note that the sustainability issue of packaging is something we take seriously. Where possible we try to reuse strong boxes and clean packaging to despatch our orders. It may not look as ‘beautiful’ but it is our small contribution to the reduction of reusable waste. If your order is for a gift, please let us know your preference and we will of course use new boxes if required.
* Delivery to Scottish Highlands and outside mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & the Channel Islands) will be subject to an extra charge. Please contact the office for further information.
